Updated accreditation in the field of proficiency testing
Change of logos to the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS GmbH)
In all technical areas, there is a constant change in standardisation; this ongoing process does also affect
the work of the IfEP GmbH in the field of Proficiency Testing (PT). For many years, we have offered these
proficiency tests under the requirements of EN ISO/IEC 17020 as an inspection body. Last year, the EN ISO/IEC 17043
standard was published. This standard defines specific requirements for the technical work and the quality management
system of a PT provider. To guarantee that our customers get the highest possible quality, the German Accreditation
Body (DAkkS GmbH) evaluated IfEP against the requirements of the EN ISO/IEC 17043. We got the permission to use
the new accreditation logo for this part of our work. It is recognition of our competence that we plan and execute
our PTs on the base of this new standard. With this recognition, you can be sure that you are getting a service that
complies with the highest international requirements. If you need a copy of our accreditation certificate for your
quality management system (this is usually a requirement of EN ISO/IEC 17025, chapter 4.7), you can click on the logo

The logo for our accreditation in the field of certified reference material changed to the DAkkS logo. The
base for this prove of competence has not changed and is still the EN ISO/IEC 17025 in connection with ISO Guides 31, 34 und 35.
